  3. How do I determine the correct fit?

    On each single item you will find a description on the fit of the article.

  4. Can I pack my order as a gift?

    Yes this is possible. The costs are € 2,- per item.

Shipping

  1. When will I receive my order?

    Order placed during business days before 15:00h will be shipped the same day. Orders after 15:00h will be shipped the next business day. See below for the delivery times.

    The Netherlands/Belgium: 2-3 business days
    Within Europe: 3-4 business days
    Outside Europe: 5-7 business days

  2. Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide. If your country of choice is not available during checkout then please send an email to info@blake-seven.com.

  1. What is the status of my order?

    When you place an order you will receive almost immediately an order confirmation. After the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a track and trace link to track your order.

  2. Is it possible to exchange or return my order?

    Yes, exchange and returns are accepted within 14 days. Shipment costs are at your own expense.

  3. How can I check de status of my return?

    You will receive a confirmation when your returned order is received at our warehouse.

  4. Where can i find the return form?

    The return form is always send to you with your order, but you can also download it here. Return form
